Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, with a minimum of four years of experience in program/project development or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position supports the Director in planning and executing all activities related to freshman and transfer student recruitment for the Jindal School of Management (JSOM). Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Recruitment and Student Engagement (50%)
- Plan and coordinate prospective student visits, open house events, and orientation sessions.
- Lead outreach initiatives with high schools and community colleges, including presentations and campus tours.
- Develop and implement communication campaigns targeting prospective students.
- Provide guidance to transfer students by creating transfer plans, assisting with course registration, and supporting course selection.
- Manage incoming communications from prospective students, parents, and educational stakeholders to ensure timely and effective responses.
- Serve as a liaison with academic advising, program directors, and the Undergraduate Dean's Office.
- Oversee all aspects of the Student Ambassador Program, including recruitment, training, and professional development.
- Coordinate meetings and assign staffing responsibilities for events and activities.
- Collaborate with JSOM departments to facilitate ambassador engagement and deliver exceptional customer service to prospective/current students, alumni, and visitors.
- Perform additional duties as assigned within the Undergraduate Programs Office.
- Participate in and support all required events, professionally representing the department and JSOM.

Remote Work Notice
A hybrid remote work schedule may be available (currently 1-day remote weekly). Employee must be located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and/or with 24-hour notice. Completion and approval of a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required upon employment, and use of personal computer, internet, and other standard equipment may be required. Remote work arrangements are subject to regular review and re-approval and may be canceled at any time.
