Program Manager Overview: The Program Manager will collaborate closely with Program Leadership, Faculty, and Staff to oversee and support various aspects of program management. Key responsibilities include:
- Student Management: Assisting with day-to-day student support, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive student experience throughout the program.
- Student Recruitment: Actively participating in student recruitment efforts, including outreach, engagement, and promotion of the program to prospective students.
- Collaboration with Faculty & Administration: Partnering with faculty and campus administration to ensure alignment and support for degree programs and academic initiatives.
- Program Support: Providing operational support to ensure the smooth execution of the program, including coordination of resources, schedules, and communication.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree; Three to five years experience in a field relevant to the program; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's degree and experience in higher education; knowledge of salesforce or CRM programs.

Recruitment & Marketing:
- Initiates, manages, and supervises recruitment activities, including ad campaigns, web and search engine campaigns.
- Promotes the university's offerings through student testimonials and scholarship management.
- Leads student competitions and events to enhance engagement.
- Reaches out to local companies to create awareness and drive ticket sales for events.
- Co-designs and implements the recruitment process for Fast Track candidates.
- Advises prospective students on course selection and provides ongoing follow-up.
- Tracks and reports on UTD undergraduate Fast Track candidates and prospects.
- Coordinates with other schools at UTD to ensure seamless integration and communication.
- Conducts outreach efforts at DFW-area marketing, prospecting, and recruitment events.
- Represents the university at other universities, events, and/or trade shows with a booth or table setup.
- Collects, manages, and summarizes data related to internships and full-time job placements.
- Assists in maintaining all records required by the university and accreditation bodies.

Remote Work Notice:
A hybrid remote work schedule may be available (currently 1-day remote weekly). Employees must be located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and/or with 24-hour notice. Completion and approval of a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required upon employment, and use of personal computer, internet, and other standard equipment may be required. Remote work arrangements are subject to regular review and re-approval and may be canceled at any time.
