Description
The University of Florida Division of Geriatric Medicine is seeking a board eligible or board certified geriatrician to join our rapidly expanding team. This is a full-time appointment in the Department of Medicine at the rank of Assistant/Associate/Full Professor level for a tenure/non-tenure track position. Rank and tenure status will be determined based on education and experience. The successful candidate must have a strong interest in developing an academic career.
The primary duties include a mixture of inpatient, outpatient and/or skilled nursing responsibilities, with opportunities for clinical research and teaching. Requisite attributes include a commitment to service, a strong sense of teamwork and a desire to train tomorrow's doctors.
Applicants must be board-certified or board eligible and eligible for a Florida Medical License. Starting salary is negotiable; commensurate with education and experience.
