Under the general and direct supervision of the Project Director/PI, the Program Manager will be responsible for the management, coordination, and implementation of a federal grant to advance the development of the SPICE PD (Strategic Partnership Interprofessional Collaboration & Education in Pediatric Dentistry) program. The Program Manager will independently provide high-level administrative support to the Project Director. The Program Manager needs to recommend, implement, and monitor metrics for quantifying operational and clinical initiatives. The Program Manager, with support from a project coordinator and others as assigned, will implement goals of the grant, promote the strategic vision of the training programs and coordinate academic, clinical, and community resources to prepare pediatric dentists to provide leadership and better meet the oral health needs of children and families in underserved communities. We hope to achieve this by developing and instituting innovative programs that incorporate up to date promising practices and collaborating with other primary care providers to develop a comprehensive and continuous systems of care for children.

Required Demonstrated strong skills in writing grammatically correct routine business correspondence such as memoranda and standard letters to faculty, sections, and other University and community personnel. Required Typing skills to quickly and accurately prepare correspondence and other University and community documents. Required Master's degree in health science, social sciences, public health, computer science or related field from an accredited university.
