Position Summary:
The Principal Radiologic Technologist performs a full range of general and diagnostic radiologic procedures, including but not limited to DEXA scanning, and the advanced level diagnostic procedures including but not limited to: Mammography screening/diagnostic and procedures of the breast, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, etc. Completes MQSA reporting as requested. Acts as a technical resource for the department. Participates in the training of less senior Radiologic Technologists, and students. Able to rotate to other UCI Imaging Clinics.

Salary Range:
Hourly Rate Minimum $56.51 Midpoint $56.51 Maximum $56.51
Required Qualifications:
Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
Ability to travel to clinics, and other campus offices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Minimum of 2 years of mammography experience
ARRT in both Radiologic and Mammography
CRT in both Radiologic and Mammography
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
Excellent planning, organization and time management skills
Licenses and Certifications:
Basic Life Support(Preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced certifications and licensures in other imaging modalities
Knowledge of university and medical center organizations, policies, procedures, and forms
