As the Senior Director, Early Head Start Child Care Partnership, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and excellence of our Head Start program on a daily basis. You will work closely with a passionate team to develop and implement strategies that support the holistic development and well-being of children ages 0 to 36 months and their families.

Salary Range: $77,000-$97,641.90 annually

Requirements:

  • Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree with at least three years of experience in Head Start Management systems required. Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related Child Development field preferred. Bilingual preferred.
  • Experience Requirements: 5 years of supervision. Experience in human services program management. Leadership ability. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
  • Technology Requirements: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Internet use.
