Position Information:
Location: 1606 N. 7th Street, Terre Haute Indiana
Hours: Flexible, rotating 10-hour shifts

Job Overview:
Union Health is recruiting for an Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist at Union Hospital, Terre Haute. Pharmacists at Union Health are an integral and respected member of the healthcare team. Clinical pharmacists at Union Health enjoy challenging and rewarding career opportunities. Inpatient pharmacists enjoy a 10-hour shift schedule with flexible, rotating shifts. Union Hospital is a qualifying employer for PSLF.
The responsibilities listed above are not all-inclusive; other activities may be required ln support of the hospital's goals and objectives.
Position Requirements:
Required: Licensed or license eligible in the State of Indiana
Required: Advanced Pharmacy Degree (Pharm.D.) preferred
Required: Excellent grasp of standard written and verbal English, and good verbal and written communication skills.
Essential Duties
Verifies and dispenses medication orders for appropriateness in accordance with legal standards.
Provide drug information.
Provide pharmacokinetic dosing, IV to PO conversions, anticoagulation monitoring, and patient counseling.
Assists in department performance improvement and multidisciplinary committees as assigned per pharmacy administration.
