As a partner in leading Beauty Services at your assigned store, you will have the ability to help enhance a best-in-class offering through recruiting and productivity development and salon promotions and demonstrations. You'll accomplish all of this by:

 

  • Meeting/exceeding salon service and pro hair retail revenues
  • Ensuring attendance of all internal/external technical product training classes
  • Coaching associates to greater levels of productivity through weekly, monthly and annual review sessions
  • Ensuring the highest standards of guest experience are met/exceeded, performing hair services on guests
  • Providing professional product recommendations as part of all services
  • Promoting all services, including skin, brows and make-up
  • Assisting with weekly/monthly salon promotions and events
  • Helping the Salon Manager analyze monthly sales, expenses and trends (Pro Salon System reports)
  • Ensuring adequate monthly inventory
  • Assisting with recruitment, training, product knowledge, skills development, safety, recognition and legal compliance

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:

 

Q  Qualified candidates will be licensed Cosmetology school graduates who possess:

 

  • 4 years of relevant work experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 3 years of Salon management experience (management license, as required by state law)
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Salon sales, products and services
  • Demonstrated knowledge of State board of Cosmetologists' regulations and hiring requirements
  • Agility to flex based on evolving priorities
  • A solid strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and achieve high levels of team/associate performance

 

Essential Functions:

 

  • On a regular basis, requires the ability to walk
  • On a regular basis, requires the ability to reach with hands and arms
  • On a regular basis, requires the ability to stand for a minimum of 4 hours
  • On a regular basis, requires the ability to lift and/or move 50 lbs.
  • On an occasional basis, requires the ability to climb a ladder and balance
