We are looking for a Licensed Therapist - Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a LCPP, or a Psychologist

Position Summary:

The Behavioral Health Consultant is an integral part of the primary care treatment team. She/He identifies, triages and manages primary care patients with medical and behavioral health problems. This includes providing skill training through psycho-education and patient education strategies and developing specific behavioral/therapeutic treatment plans for patients. The Integrated Behavioral Health Consultant also assists primary health care providers in recognizing and treating mental disorders and psychosocial problems, detecting "at risk" patients, and assessing the clinical status of patients referred by the primary care provider.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology or PhD/PsyD in Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Licensed in California as an LCSW, Psychologist, LMFT, LPCC.
  • At least two (2) years' experience providing psychotherapy (CBT based models preferred) with children, adults and adolescents.
  • Computer proficiency, particularly with Electronic Health/Medical Record systems and the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

If you are hired at TrueCare, your final base salary (within the pay range), will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
