The Senior Recruiter will conduct full-cycle recruiting activities for our client within the property insurance/risk management industry. The client has a new venture in the hospitality space and we're looking for a recruiter to be our dedicated staffing partner. The Senior Recruiter would be identified as a “go-getter” who can build and maintain professional networks and isn't afraid to reach out of their comfort zone to attract top talent. Someone who enjoys working on a variety of projects and putting their unique skills into play wherever they are needed. 

Location: Remote, however, will be required to visit the client's location in Boston, MA once every quarter.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a dedicated talent acquisition leader for our client(s) and be responsible for implementing staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions.
  • Work directly with the client leaders, participate in client meetings and help to identify potential areas of improvement in the talent selection process.
  • Source, recruit, screen, interview and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt and nonexempt roles to exceed the client's needs and expectations.  
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate.  
  • Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years, recent high volume/ full cycle recruitment experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years recruiting within the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to travel to Boston, MA once every three months to meet with the client.
  • Ability to work from home office during standard, Monday through Friday business days/ hours.
  • Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives. 
  • Extreme sense of urgency

  • Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices  
  • Excellent customer service delivery  
  • Strong presentation skills verbal and in person  

Salary Range: 

The compensation for this position is anticipated to range between $46,000 and $84,000 per hour.
Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training and other considerations permitted by law. We consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with applicable law.
