We are looking for an innovative and dedicated Recruiter who enjoys a remote position that gives invaluable experience across multiple assignments and industries. This recruiter role is hourly, and assignment based. The ideal work schedules are determined specific to each of our clients and will be reviewed during the interview process.

 

Candidates must live in one of the following areas:

  • Methuen, MA
  • Boston, MA
  • Audubon, PA
  • Limerick, PA
  • West Carrollton, OH
  • San Antonio, TX

 

What you'll do:

• Responsible for implementing staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions

• Source, recruit, screen, and assess high volumes of candidates for maintenance, manufacturing and technical roles.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS and data tracking is up to date

• Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates

• Implement diversity recruitment strategies

• Potential to work directly with the client leaders, participate in client meetings and help to identify potential areas of improvement in the talent selection process

• Maintain a high level of client retention and satisfaction

• Constantly access our candidate experience and identify areas of improvement

 

What we're looking for:

• Someone who is truly interested in a flex and project-based role that allows employees to pick up different assignments as they become available

• Must possess the excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.

• Excellent customer service delivery and white glove treatment to both candidates and clients

• Excellent consultative skills and proven experience in all recruiting methods including passive sourcing

• Proactively seeks out flaws or inefficiencies in processes and brings creative solutions to the table.

• Passionate about collaborating with a team of professionals who are encouraging, driven to meet deadlines, and committed to quality.

 

What's required:

• Minimum of 3 years of Sourcing and Recruiting for Manufactuing roles. 

• Experience with Workday ATS and/or HRIS systems.

• Must have proven experience supporting a high volume of full cycle requisitions.

• Ability to work from a home office during standard Monday through Friday business times.

The salary for this position is anticipated to range from $46,000 - $70,000/annually. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer a competitive benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and Tuition Reimbursement, in addition to other programs and perks. 

The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $46,000 - $70,000/annually, plus eligibility for incentive pay, subject to plan terms.
