Description

The Client Delivery Manager is responsible for driving automation within our client's recruitment process and providing data-driven insights to optimize hiring and cost efficiencies. This role serves as a strategic partner across teams, driving improvements within technology, processes, performance reporting, employer branding, and overall candidate and hiring manager experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and execute a project plan for the ongoing integration into Oracle ATS.
  • Partner with the Implementation team to test and problem-solve the functionality of the Oracle ATS integration on behalf of the client. Will serve as the main point of contact to test, challenge, and work through any current bottlenecks within the technology.
  • Establish a strong working relationship with the client and provide regular updates regarding technology and recruitment process improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with the PeopleScout recruitment team to share updates on fixes, process improvements, and/or workarounds within the integrated system.
  • Continuously analyze the client's recruitment workflow and identify areas for automation and efficiency. Use project management skills and tools to push projects through to completion.
  • Evaluate existing recruitment performance reporting and provide solutions for better visibility and automation. 
  • Work closely with recruitment leadership to continuously evaluate and optimize sourcing tools, methods, and budgets to enhance candidate flow and cost efficiency.
  • Act as an advisory expert on enhancing the candidate experience and employer value proposition (EVP).
  • When needed, conduct in-depth market research and analysis (e.g., demographic trends, competitor analysis, salary benchmarks, diversity metrics) to generate high-quality candidates into the client's selection processes to support hiring within the required timescale and budget. 
  • Conduct periodic data integrity checks across reporting and invoicing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • This role is an individual contributor position and does not have oversight of direct reports at this time.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in recruitment management.
  • 5+ years of experience within Oracle ATS. 

 

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Experience managing data and system integrations between Oracle ATS and Affinix preferred but not required.
  • Expertise in integrating data and operating systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Expertise in client recruitment workflows and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in digital tools, including experience with recruitment career sites and ATS systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret response metrics and adapt strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, candidates, and colleagues.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude when overcoming challenges and identifying viable solutions.
  • Strong ability to develop and evaluate sourcing strategies, assess tools for effectiveness, and manage recruitment budgets.
  • Advanced skills in creating and managing dashboards and automating reporting processes.

 

Salary Range: 

The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $100,000 and $110,000 annually.

Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. We consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with applicable law.
