Trillium Creek Dermatology is seeking a Physician Assistant with an interest in general dermatology. Trillium Creek offers Mohs surgery, state-of-the art technology, lasers, cosmetic procedures, adult and pediatric services to over 80,000 patients annually.
We are a private family-owned business since 1978 and serve the Medina, Wooster, Wadsworth and Brunswick communities and we are looking to expand to Strongsville in July 2024. As such, we appreciate the family work-life balance. All providers have support staff, scribes and medical assistants. This support ensures your success and efficiency. Our administrative team handles all the logistics that providers need. We offer generous CME credits, medical and malpractice insurance, and vacation.
Requirements:
You must live within a 15 radius of either our Brunswick or Strongsville locations. If not, you must be willing to relocate within the first 6 months of employment. To be considered for employment you must have at least 1 year of work experience as a PA and must work at our Brunswick and Strongsville locations.
Dr. Helen Torok will train you for 6 months before you start to see your own patients. During the training, you will be required to travel to all 4 of our locations and work 5 days a week. Once training has been completed, you may work 3, 4, or 5 days a week as agreed upon in your contract.
Overview
The Dermatology and Cosmetic Center is headed by Dr. Helen Torok and Leonard Torok. The Center offers treatments for all skin conditions including acne, psoriasis, allergies, eczema, bacterial infections, ringworm, hives, rosacea, nail diseases, hair disorders and more. Cosmetically, we offer skin improvement procedures including anti-aging treatments, facial rejuvenation, laser rejuvenation, laser hair removal, hand rejuvenation, lip enhancement, spider vein removal and other state-of-the art aesthetic enhancement procedures.
The Mohs Skin Cancer Center, headed by Dr. Bryan Baillis, offers state-of-the-art treatment for two of the most common forms of skin cancer: basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma. Mohs micrographic surgery performed by the Trillium Creek Dermatology staff is highly effective — even if the skin cancer has been previously treated.

Full-Time (5 days a week)
The base salary is $160,000 a year. The Practice agrees to pay you 22% once you pass $700,000 annually in collections.
4 Days a Week
The base salary is $140,000 a year. The Practice agrees to pay you 22% once you pass $600,000 annually in collections.
Compensation is for the following but not limited to:
- Collected receipts for patient visits
- Attending and speaking at staff meetings
- Promoting the company
- Training the medical support staff
- Communicating with patients on biopsy or laboratory results in a timely manner
- Educating and supervising the physician extenders
- Maintaining a high level or expertise in the practice of dermatologic medicine
- Directing your support staff to work in an efficient and effective manner, maintaining high morale
- Completing medical documentation and participating in chart review
The compensation package also includes sick and vacation time, short-term/long-term disability, 401(k) plans, CME and professional allowances, and medical, dental, and malpractice coverage.

Travel
You will need to see patients in Medina and Wadsworth.
