POSITION SUMMARY:

The Receptionist/Administrative Associate is the responsible for supporting the office with both administrative and marketing tasks. Our Denver support staff team is a close group of professionals working together to provide the best resources for our producers. In the role, the receptionist/administrative associate can expect to participate in event planning, communication plans, and overall collateral development on the marketing side, and research, organizing, and contract execution on the administrative side.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide an extraordinary experience for guests and team members

  • Support multiple service lines proficiently while maintaining expertise.

  • Contribute to the idea generation and execution of collateral for producers.

  • Collaborate with marketing team on events and projects.

  • Be a voice for continual improvement, finding ways for our team to be more efficient and successful.

  • Answer questions and solve problems by utilizing a variety of resources to provide accurate information.

  • Organize monthly, quarterly, and yearly events to celebrate our teams' birthdays and anniversaries.

  • Perform general administrative support as necessary, i.e. office supplies, clerical, incoming and outgoing mail, document editing.

  • Assist with scheduling and preparing meeting and conference rooms. Coordinate setup of conference/meetings rooms including, food orders, IT support and package deliveries.

  • Complete reports in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Assist with special projects as requested.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent (college courses preferred).

  • At least 0-2 years of clerical, administrative duties (real estate experience is a plus).

  • Must have intermediate to advanced MS 365 Word, Excel and Outlook proficiencies.

  • High level of professionalism and the ability to interact well with others.

  • Provide professional, timely, courteous and accurate service.

  • Highly adaptable and flexible.

  • Ability to keep information strictly confidential.

  • Strong desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment.

  • Must be able to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and a continually heavy workload.

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation.

Pay Range: $45,000 - $55,000
