The Graphic Designer plays a vital role in bringing regional marketing initiatives to life through the development, creation, and production of impactful creative projects. This position requires a strong command of multi-faceted design concepts, media, and software to produce compelling visual assets that align with the firm's brand identity. The Graphic Designer will develop original designs and comprehensive layout concepts while coordinating the production of materials, including brochures, marketing collateral, proposals, RFPs, and corporate brand identity assets.

Beyond design expertise, the Graphic Designer is expected to demonstrate exceptional client service, ensuring clear and professional communication while delivering high-quality results efficiently and effectively.

POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Provide graphic support for the regional marketing team and executive leadership.

  • Conceptualize, plan, design, and produce a wide range of graphic and illustrative material, from simple to complex (e.g., brochures, fact sheets, direct mail, advertisements).

  • Coordinate the production process, including developing and writing printing and/or other production specifications, and selecting appropriate production media and materials.

  • Design and produce service line newsletters, internal leadership communications, and regional client newsletters.

  • Create and edit multimedia assets such as videos, motion graphics, and animations for various platforms.

  • Maintain and update regional websites and digital platforms.

  • Create graphics for local and regional events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns under the direction of the regional marketing team.

  • Ensure all materials align with brand standards and meet quality control expectations.

  • Analyze the impact of creative projects and ensure alignment with marketing strategies.

  • Maintain relationships with printing and production vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

  • Other design responsibilities as assigned by the regional marketing team.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Arts, or a related discipline.

  • A minimum of 5+ years' professional design and graphics experience (Adobe Creative Suite.)

  • A portfolio showcasing impactful designs, with experience in industries such as commercial real estate, architecture, or luxury branding is a significant plus.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

  • Experience with web design tools like Figma, Canva, or similar.

  • Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and animation.

  • Strong production skills and a solid understanding of print processes, encompassing both traditional methods and web-based digital providers.

  • Familiarity with marketing metrics and analytics to measure project impact.

  • Experience with social media design and strategy, including creating content for various platforms.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Familiarity with project management tools like Wrike is a plus.

  • Strong conceptual ability – extremely creative with the ability to depersonalize own efforts to incorporate input from others to affect project completion and organization buy-in.

  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects and deliver outstanding results under tight deadlines.

  • Creative flair with top-rate conceptual and visual skills; ability to transform ideas into compelling visuals.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative concepts and strategies.

  • Enthusiastic about innovating how the company's vision is communicated visually.

  • A team player who shares ideas openly, works seamlessly with others, and prioritizes results over personal preferences to achieve the best outcomes.
