Tom Wood Direct, our newest, revolutionary, all-online car buying platform is actively searching for a motivated and tech-savvy Online Sales Representative to join our pioneering team. As we build out this innovative approach, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and a seamless digital car-buying experience for our customers across all our Tom Wood dealerships. 

When you step into this role, you will become a strategic partner in the development and execution of our online sales platform. This position is perfect for someone who is excited about and thrives in a startup environment, enjoys taking ownership and pride in building processes from the ground up, and is excited about welcoming and developing new team members as our business grows. You will have the opportunity to grow and learn to be a jack of all trades as it relates to the behind-the-scenes aspects of car sales, and gaining experience in key positions for Tom Wood Direct. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping the future of our online sales strategy and ensuring a positive and efficient online car buying experience for our customers 

Position Information:        Hours- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM - Will include Saturdays                           Pay-  $50,000 PLUS per year  

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Respond promptly to internet leads, emails, and online inquiries through various platforms (website, social media, third-party automotive sites).
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing accurate information about vehicles, features, pricing, and financing options.
  • Schedule virtual appointments for customers for consultations, virtual tours, and finalizing purchases.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the dealership's inventory, including new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and follow up on leads, ensuring consistent and professional communication.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the development team to optimize the online sales platform, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Assist in creating and managing online marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Train and mentor new associates as the online sales team expands.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships with customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitive offers to provide knowledgeable advice to customers.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and innovating.
  • Experience in automotive sales, internet sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital sales platforms and online marketing techniques.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
