INFO:  

• Enjoy a balanced lifestyle with a 4-day workweek, providing a 3-day weekend every week for relaxation and personal pursuits. 

RESPONSIBILITIES   

• Inspect vehicles to identify and document all damage accurately. Assess the extent of structural, body, mechanical, and interior damage caused by collisions. 
• Utilize industry-standard estimating software to prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates. Calculate labor and material costs, factoring in replacement parts, repair techniques, and necessary procedures. 
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding the repair process, estimated costs, and timeline.  
• Liaise with insurance companies to negotiate repair costs, obtain necessary approvals, and ensure compliance with insurance guidelines.  
• Identify required replacement parts and accessories for repairs. Coordinate with parts suppliers to order necessary components. 
• Work closely with collision repair technicians and other team members to ensure seamless workflow and quality repairs.  
• Maintain accurate records of repair estimates, invoices, and related documentation. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures. 

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• 2 years of experience working as an estimator (preferably) 
• Dedicated to creating a superb customer experience 
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team
• Ability to create reports on costing data 
• Analytical and math skills 
• Very detail-oriented and excellent organization skills
