Description

Schedule: Full time - Monday - Friday

Required job specific competencies: 

  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently and exhibits flexibility in decision making and prioritizing assignments.
  • Demonstrates the ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills required.
  • Actively guards the confidentiality of sensitive information including but not limited to associates, patients, and the health system.
  • Proactively and creatively assesses client's needs to insure that services are high quality and cost effective.
  • Demonstrates skill in interpretation of Human Resource policies, regulations and laws.
  • Exhibits ability to function effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis.
  • Requires ability to work in offsite locations as needed.
  • Lives the CARES values at all times.

Qualifications:

  • PHR or SPHR preferred.

Education and experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required, or some college courses and commensurate experience in HR.
  • Requires at least two years previous human resources experience.
  • Prefer experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Experience in compensation administration a plus. 

Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000 

Starting Rate: Based on experience
