Full time, days.
Main Function:
- Performs assistant duties for the Administrative Director and Medical Director to Department of Hospital Medicine, Obstetrics/Gynecology and General Surgery.
- Assures that the daily operations of the departments run smoothly.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- A.A.S. Degree in secretarial science or office management, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Computer literate in Windows based programs with proficiency in word processing, graphics applications, spreadsheets and database management.
- Previous experience with Microsoft products is required.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology.
- One to three years of previous secretarial experience in a hospital or medical facility preferred.
Pay Range: $18.50 - $25.00
