For students pursuing degrees in Psychology, Sociology, Early Childhood Development, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Social Work, Counseling, and Mental Health, this opportunity could mark the beginning of a fulfilling and enduring career path. Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Part-time schedules starting from 3:00pm - flexibility for those juggling between school!
- Childcare experience required

- Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.
- Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Behavior Technicians assist in addressing challenging behaviors.
- Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
- 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.
