The Oregon Clinic Imaging Department is searching for an enthusiastic and skilled Imaging Supervisor for our Diagnostic Imaging clinic in NE Portland. Located at the convenient Gateway Medical Office Building, you'll join a small, friendly team that works well together, and we are excited to find the right person to add to our group.

As the Imaging Supervisor, you will be a hands-on leader, balancing the general duties of the department staff while exemplifying superior leadership and communication skills. Your role includes planning and supervising all technical aspects of the department, managing services and programs, evaluating personnel and equipment, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. You will be instrumental in maintaining state radiation and magnetic safety standards for patients and staff.

Our workload is steady but manageable, allowing us to focus on delivering high-quality exams to ensure a positive experience for our patients. We are committed to providing personalized healthcare with respect and compassion every step of the way.

Workdays will be Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.

Starting pay range, based on experience: $53.06 - $71.78 per hour

Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with imaging equipment (ultrasound, X-ray, MRI, CT) and strong understanding of Computed Tomography and MR physics.
  • In-depth knowledge of radiation safety, radiation dose, and adherence to ALARA principles; ability to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to interact effectively with patients, visitors, vendors, and staff, and strong decision-making and multitasking abilities.
  • Completion of a Certified Radiologic Technology Program, ARRT MRI certification (Toshiba experience is a plus), current OBRT and ARRT license, and CPR/BLS certification (ACLS may be required by specialty).
  • Minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience in a medium to large facility, including outpatient imaging services.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (experience may substitute for formal education).
