About the Role
The Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the operations, education, and client experience functions of The Great Game of Business (GGOB). This role blends traditional administrative responsibilities with a strong emphasis on team communication, open-book management practices, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will work directly with internal teams, coaches, clients, and vendors to ensure the seamless delivery of services and uphold the values and standards of the Great Game methodology.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external engagements and meetings.
- Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and materials for workshops and internal meetings.
- Maintain and organize digital records and client information in CRM systems and shared platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Teams, etc.).
- Support processes for clients, coaches, and team members.
- Respond to general inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and clarity.
- Help support coordination activities for GGOB events, webinars, workshops, and training materials.
- Participate in internal huddles, score boarding, and forward forecasting activities.
- Support internal communications and team transparency in line with GGOB principles.
- Champion a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and team success.
What You Bring to the Table
Education & Experience
- 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience (professional services or training/education background a plus).
- Experience working in a culture that values open-book management or familiarity with GGOB is preferred (but not required).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Trello). Advanced skill in Excel is strongly preferred.
- High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and initiative.
