To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A Roadie Support Representative must have good customer service skills, be able to analyze an incoming issue or question and follow through to resolution. A Roadie Support Representative is able to assist the customer in a clear and effective manner over the phone and via email. They are able to record detailed accounts of actions taken to resolve an issue and have the ability to manage a wide range of issues simultaneously.
• Answer support phone calls
• Help diagnosis issues and questions to provide solutions for the customer
• Use service desk software to log calls and track tickets
• Data Entry – assist when needed on various projects
• Distribute incoming mail for the payroll department when needed
• Other miscellaneous administrative functions to support the people department

Education: High School Graduate or GED equivalent
Experience: +1 year of experience of customer service preferred, +1 year of experience of restaurant experience is preferred
Other Requirements: Bilingual preferred; verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
