Coordinates the maintenance and improvement of all key Human Resource information systems and reporting offerings; does related work as required.

• Maintains HRIS data integrity
• Writes, generates and maintains standard and customized reports and/or queries from multiple HR systems
• Develops and produces HRIS solutions for assigned projects. Works closely with HR and Payroll staff and other users to solve system and/or user problems
• Performs related tasks as requested
• May come in contact with company trade secrets, confidential information, and intangible assets

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or related field required.

Experience: Minimum of two years of analytics experience that has given the candidate a working knowledge of human resources, financial or accounting systems through extracting and analyzing data is required. Experience with Ultipro a plus.

Computer Skills: Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Cognos 10 and Ultipro software packages is preferred.
