•    Lead the design, implementation, and management of complex network projects, taking ownership of technical direction.
•    Provide expert-level support in network architecture, data center operations, and diagnostics to address and resolve intricate network challenges.
•    Leverage extensive expertise in LAN, Wireless, and SD-WAN technologies, with hands-on experience in virtualized environments using Cisco Nexus,       Cisco UCS, and VMware.
•    Mentor and guide Network Engineers to ensure operational excellence and proactive system maintenance.
•    Conduct in-depth troubleshooting, network analysis, root cause identification, and optimization to maintain peak performance.
•    Monitor and ensure the uptime of corporate network infrastructure and circuits.
•    Manage network upgrades, expansions, and new deployments, resolving issues promptly to meet evolving business needs.
•    Implement and maintain standardized configurations and processes to support dynamic business requirements.
•    Collaborate on and document standard operating procedures for network support, participating in on-call rotation with team members.

•    Proficiency in network management and monitoring tools (e.g., Riverbed).
•    Deep knowledge of Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switches.
•    Experience with Cisco ISR and ASR routers.
•    Familiarity with Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers and Wireless Access Points.
•    Understanding of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
•    Expertise with Cradle point LTE routers.

•    Advanced knowledge of routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, HSRP.
•    Proficiency in switching technologies: VLANs, rapid-PVST+, VPC.
•    Experience with QoS and CoS.
•    Strong understanding of IPsec, DMVPN, SD-WAN, and SD-Access technologies.
•    Skilled in DHCP and IPAM management.
•    Proficient in packet capture and traffic analysis.

•    Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or a minimum of ten (10) years of technical experience with the technologies and products listed.
•    Industry-leading certifications such as Cisco CCNP R/S or Enterprise experience working in the oil and gas industry is preferred but not required.
•    Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment with strong interpersonal skills.
•    Strong knowledge of change management and communication processes.
•    Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
•    Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing accurate, comprehensive documentation.
•    Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and deliver innovative technical solutions.

•    Must have a valid driver's license and be authorized to work in the United States.
