Tetra Tech AMT is looking for a Senior I IT Analyst - Network Operations Center Support to support our FAA business. The IT Analyst will play a vital role within the Enterprise Operations Center (EOC), which is dedicated to providing 24x7x365 automated monitoring, alerting, and optimization for infrastructure in the agency's facilities and applications in production. This position requires the application of technical and operational knowledge to monitor systems effectively, identify issues proactively, and facilitate timely resolutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in information technology services and a strong focus on system performance and reliability.
- **Information Technology Services:** Provide information technology services in facilities planning, operations, and support to enhance system performance and reliability
- **Storage Systems Analysis:** Conduct analysis, design, testing, and administration of storage systems to ensure efficient data management
- **Server System Analysis:** Analyze, design, test, and administer server systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
- **Network Engineering:** Engage in network engineering and administration activities to maintain secure and efficient network operations
- **User Support Planning:** Support planning, operations, and administration of user support to ensure effective service delivery
- **Database and Web Application Services:** Provide support for databases, website/web application services, ensuring operational readiness and user satisfaction
- **Production Readiness Activities:** Support pre and final production readiness activities to facilitate smooth transitions to operational environments
- **Related IT Systems Functions:** Perform related IT systems functions as needed to support overall organizational goals
- **Cloud Engineering:** Engage in cloud engineering, design, testing, and administration to enhance cloud service capabilities and performance
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, business systems, management information systems, IT management, or other IT degrees (engineering, math, and science-related degrees are acceptable substitutes)
- Eight (8) years of relevant experience in information technology services
- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of resolving technical issues independently without the need for management intervention
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to facilitate conference calls and technical meetings among subject matter experts
- Proficiency in utilizing tools and technologies such as Solarwinds, ServiceNow, Splunk, Windows, Linux, Teams, Outlook, OneNote, and Zoom; readiness to adapt to new tools as determined by the agency
- Ability to develop and follow standard operating procedures and complete ad hoc tasks and small projects with minimal supervision
- Proven experience in proactive issue identification and management, with a focus on improving service performance and reliability
