The Opportunity:
Tetra Tech is adding Recruiting Coordinators to our Talent Acquisition Team. This position will require 1 week of in person training at our Maitland Office. After training, it will be a 100% remote role.
Travel Requirement:
Must be able to travel as needed to support in person hiring events and I-9 processing. Typical travel assignments may last up to 7 days. Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice are essential. All travel expenses are pre-arranged and covered. Employees are eligible to receive per diem allowances during travel.

Your Role:
Our Disaster Recovery Team is hiring Recruiting Coordinators. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support Talent Acquisition by managing inquiries related to future storm staffing, assisting with recruitment and hiring processes, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound called to screen candidates for qualifications using provided scripts.

Respond promptly to all inbound calls regarding staffing inquiries.
- Accurately enter new hire information into trackers.
- Create applications and manage candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Schedule new hires for training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruiting, call center operations, customer service, or sales.
- Comfortable learning new, project-specific computer systems quickly.
- Ability to multitask efficiently, including navigating multiple computer applications while on calls.
- Strong verbal communication skills and stamina for speaking with large volumes of candidates.
- Professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Experience and sensitivity in interacting with diverse individuals from various cultural backgrounds.
- Availability to work 6 days per week, including a weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
- Willingness to work long shifts (10–12 hours per day).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
