This role blends traditional recruiting with modern sourcing and marketing. You'll manage a regional group of requisitions, support hiring managers, and bring new ideas to how we show up in the talent market. From writing compelling outreach to building eye-catching job campaigns, you'll help us stand out and hire smarter.

Your Role:
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and design targeted, data-informed sourcing strategies.
- Own a regionally aligned group of requisitions, supporting full-cycle recruitment while prioritizing outbound sourcing and brand-building.
- Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI-driven platforms to engage passive talent with personalized outreach.
- Create compelling job ads, social content, and digital campaigns that amplify our employer brand and attract top-tier candidates.
- Use Canva, Instagram, TikTok, and other creative channels to promote roles and highlight our project wins and team culture.
- Ensure ATS accuracy, compliance, and audit-readiness by keeping workflows clean and up to date.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to offer.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging, drive consistency, and promote our EVP.
- Stay sharp on trends in recruitment marketing, labor data, social sourcing, and hiring tech.
- Occasionally support university outreach or early-career campaigns as part of a collaborative recruiting team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Communications, or equivalent recruiting experience
- 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting or sourcing, preferably in technical or engineering sectors
- Demonstrated success engaging passive talent via LinkedIn, social media, creative outreach, or Boolean/AI-powered tools
- Strong writing and design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or similar tools) to craft attention-grabbing job posts and brand content
- Familiar with marketing tactics, lead generation, or digital content strategy
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems (Taleo preferred) and recruitment analytics
- Skilled at advising hiring managers, managing requisitions, and moving fast without sacrificing quality
- Driven, agile, curious, and always ready to try something new
