The Opportunity:

Tetra Tech is adding a  Project Coordinator to support a wide range of project operations, including Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Quality in our Richland, WA office. Reporting to the Office Manager, this role is responsible for document formatting and editing, creating interactive forms and templates, tracking contract deliverables, and managing training logistics. The Project Coordinator will also support PPE ordering, statistical recordkeeping, and database management, as well as assist with meeting and event preparation.

 

This role requires a highly dynamic and flexible individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.

Your Role:

  • Format and edit reports, presentations, and other project documents.
  • Develop interactive forms, templates, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Track multiple contract deliverables, ensuring timely review and submission to meet client deadlines.
  • Support training logistics, including scheduling, materials preparation, and tracking completion.
  • Assist with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) ordering and inventory management.
  • Maintain statistical records and manage project-related databases.
  • Collaborate with the administrative team on meeting and event preparation.
  • Provide backup support for team members when needed.
  • Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
  • Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
  • Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
  • Additional duties as required.

 

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree (AA) in Business or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience demonstrating increasing expertise and responsibility in a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.
  • Strong experience with SharePoint, including creating and maintaining sites.
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Teams and its features.
  • Excellent proofreading and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with website maintenance and design (preferably WordPress).
  • Ability to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), proprietary data, and personal information with confidentiality.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.

Compensation:

Pay commensurate with experience.

Pay Range: $78K - $80K

 

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience and demonstrated work experience in the above role; skills, certifications, and competencies that align to the specified role; geographic location; and education, as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
