The opportunity

  • Play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning and continuous improvement of the information technology systems and infrastructure to various Project and Corporate teams across the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Manage network configurations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Support users with software related inquires and issues including Egnyte file management support, Jira Service Management, Power BI and offer guidance and training as required.

Key responsibilities

  • Setup laptops for corporate and program staff both physically and remotely.
  • Setup and maintain the networking equipment at COZ office(s), including the Starlink devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to software, hardware, network infrastructure & devices, printers and communication technologies for all operations.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of systems by facilitating software installations, implement anti-spyware, anti-virus, anti-SPAM measures, and manage Windows updates.
  • Install, configure and update software applications as required including managing user accounts in the Active Directory.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders on project startups ensure optimal IT support and services and identify any new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Provide ongoing training to relevant stakeholders.
    • Maintain asset inventory and documentation related to IT systems.

Selection criteria

  • Proven experience (five years) with a minimum of two years in level 2 support (ideally in an enterprise business).
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
  • ITIL Certification is preferred.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow, Jira, Windows 10 and 11 and the Azure Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Teams.
  • High level interpersonal communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical users.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
