The opportunity

Key responsibilities
- Provide responsive and effective operational support to HR Business Partners, including the coordination of end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Prepare and deliver employee documentation and contracts with a focus on quality and timeliness.
- Coordinate incoming HR requests, triage and allocate tasks accordingly across the HR team.
- Managing and responding to all external enquiries received to the HR email inbox.
- Lead employee data management and ensure integrity of information with an ongoing focus on compliance.
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and implement new ways of working across the team.
- Understand the strategic direction of the business and meaningfully contribute towards transformation initiatives.
Selection criteria
- A certificate or degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field, or a combination of equivalent experience and training
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in HR, administration and/or business operations in a high-volume, complex environment.
- Practical experience working with Human Resources Candidate Management Systems. Experience utilising Taleo is highly desired.
- Compliance-focused and appreciation for the criticality of document management and record keeping.
- Savvy IT skills and ability to adapt to new systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised.
- Advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion and ability to cross-culturally.
