The opportunity

  • Based in Australia (in office, hybrid or remote)

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery of HR functions aligned to the project lifecycle.
  • Manage positive relationships with stakeholders and teams, including external and internal clients and consultants.
  • Ensure recruitment programs and initiatives support and promote a culture of delivering commercial result.
  • Support and advise program leaders through coaching, crisis management and strategic partnering.
  • Work with program leaders to improve employee engagement and team performance.
  • Meaningfully contribute your expertise towards business development activities.

 

Selection criteria

  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field, or a combination of equivalent experience and training.
  • Demonstrated quality experience in HR.
  • Strong working knowledge, understanding and application of employment legislation.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including remuneration structures, employment law compliance, performance management and employee engagement.
  • Demonstrated business partner experience excelling in client management and stakeholder engagement.
