Your Role

• Interact and consult with clients on Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), cybersecurity best practices for OT environments, perform cyber assessments, response plans, policies and procedures, cyber programs, and tabletop exercises. 
• Develop OT Cybersecurity Programs for clients
• Develop OT Cybersecurity Policies and Procedures for clients.
• Develop Incident Response Plans, Disaster Recovery Plans, and Business Continuity Plans for clients.
• Mentor and lead internal OT design and integration staff on OT cyber best practices.
• OT design consulting
• Assist in business development and proposal writing.
• Lead OT risk assessments, and other engagement related duties in accordance with government / industry regulations, standards.
• Identify potential vulnerabilities in OT infrastructure.
• Review policies and procedures for assurance and continuous improvement of security controls.
• Monitor progress, manage risk, and verify key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
• Stay abreast of emerging cyber threats and technologies to continuously enhance security measures.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on OT security best practices.
• Manage OT cybersecurity projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years' experience in OT cybersecurity roles
•  Proven experience identifying, measuring, and mitigating network and cybersecurity risk in a variety of mission-critical network environments in critical infrastructure sectors.
• Required Certifications:  Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information System Control (CRISC), Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK), and Project Management Professional.
• Experience with Incident Response Planning development and Operational Technology required.
• Cybersecurity Program Management experience required. 
• Experience in the electrical utility sector.
• Experience in the water and wastewater market sector. 
•  Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISA 62443, ISO 27001).
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and tools.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. 
• Ability to perform work with the DOD.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
