About the Role
Due to an internal transition an exciting opportunity has opened to join our extremely successful Tetra Tech Credit Control team. In this role, you will be responsible for cash collection, achieving both set individual and team targets, resolving queries, generating reports, allocating cash and maintaining/reducing DSO.

Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for a Sales Ledger collecting the company's debt to agreed terms by phone and emails
- Maintain accurate records of client interaction -calls/emails
- Identifying potential risks of bad debt
- Achieving monthly individual and team cash targets
- Query resolution
- Dispute reporting/Meetings
- Maintaining DSO and keeping aged debt to a minimum
- Processing and allocation of cash receipts
- General Credit control administration i.e looking after mailboxes and coding remits, supporting the team
- Investigating unallocated cash
- Completion of vendor forms/ Supplier questionnaires
- Ad hoc duties i.e audit queries etc.
Essential Skills
- Business to Business Credit Control experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels Internally and Externally
- Ability to build relationships Internally /Externally
- Able to follow process and instruction
- Attention to detail
- Operate and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages inc. excel and word
- Excellent work ethic with a proactive attitude
- Team player
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience of working in a Consultancy/Legal environment
- CICM or working towards
- Able to manage/ organise and prioritise workbooks
- Demonstrate previous experience working in a busy credit control environment
- Good standard of education
