About the Role

EGlobalTech, a Tetra Tech Company, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Junior FOIA Analyst to join our Business Solutions Practice (100% remote role) and support a federal customer located in Washington, DC.  

Qualified candidates should be a US Citizen and be able to go through an extensive background check and be able to obtain a Public Trust. Responsibilities

As an Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.



Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrates basic knowledge of FOIA/PA and the ability to process request.
  • Possesses the ability to effectively communicate (verbally and in writing).
  • Requires guidance from senior level analyst.
  • Use initiative, resourcefulness and sound judgment in reviewing FOIA issues, and in consultation with the FOIA/PA Management Team, solving problems not previously encountered, and researching trends and patterns to develop new methods or propose new policies. 
  • 3+ years of  experience in a similar role 
  • Associates Degree is required
  • Familiarity with legal administrative tasks is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in conducting research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
  • Proficient in proofreading documents for errors and inconsistencies
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • US Citizenship and the ability to pass an extensive background check and obtain a Public Trust.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks as needed
