Overview

BlueWater Federal is looking for an Intelligence Master Trainer to support SOCOM


Responsibilities

  • Train GSSE personnel on required ops and intel platforms to ensure the GSSE competencies align with enterprise objectives.
  • Tasked with the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs, the Master Trainer will create essential materials such as manuals, presentations, and Plans of Instruction.
  • Ensure that these individuals acquire the necessary skills to effectively train end users on both SOF, and Joint Staff Programs of record, as well as unit-sponsored commercial technologies upon request.
  • Identify unit-specific training needs and tailors solutions accordingly. Rigorous evaluation of training program effectiveness is an ongoing responsibility, with the Master Trainer making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • To ensure accountability and progress tracking Master Trainer GSSEs must record of training activities in order to track GSSE competencies at an individual level.
  • Maintain and ensure training is up to date and in accordance with MCS-COP and Joint Policy guidance such as CJCSI 3151.01D and or future iterations to include CJADC2 implementation guidance as required. Significant travel expected with this position to service all components.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in technical support position and Operational or Intelligence Community (IC) operations, platforms, functions, and terminology experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in implementing and training software systems/updates, standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
  • Must have an active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
