Overview
BlueWater Federal is looking for an Exercise Lead Coordinator to support SOCOM
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate MCS-COP integration into exercise in line with operational priorities and objectives. This includes keeping a liaison like foothold with J3 JCT, Training and Evaluation or equivalents.
- Ensure relevant exercises planning efforts are synchronized and appropriate requirements are gathered to include but not limited to System requirements, Information Exchange Requirements, System Integrations, Firewall Exemptions.
- In limited capacity, coordinate with Component or unit GSSE team to provide OV-1 architectures and execute concept of support plan in order to integrate MCS/COP capabilities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in technical support position and Operational or Intelligence Community (IC) operations, platforms, functions, and terminology experience.
- Must have an active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
- 5+ years' experience in implementing and training software systems/updates, standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
