**Job Title: Full Time Cook**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, creativity in food preparation, and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and kitchen staff to plan menus and develop seasonal offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure all food is prepared following food safety protocols and health regulations.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff as required.
- Adapt to changing menus, dietary restrictions, and special guest requests.
- Maintain proper portion control and presentation standards.
- Participate in kitchen maintenance and equipment cleaning to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the menu and overall dining experience.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Cook, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Creativity in the kitchen and a passion for food.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical activities associated with food preparation.
- Comfortable working in a hot, noisy, and fast-paced environment.
