GENERAL POSITION PURPOSE:

The Financial Analyst is responsible for payroll, labor & compensation program analysis for all companies within the Round Room corporate structure.  This position will require a close working relationship with the Director of FP&A.  The Senior Financial Analyst will need to complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Job Functions:

• Creating Monthly Labor Reporting Package for Executive Team (Turnover report, Labor Forecast, Sales Bonus Trackers, Staffing Reports, etc)
• Develop a Labor One Pager for the Executive Team and adjust and develop as requested by the President
• Consolidating and Auditing Manual Bonus Programs in preparation for biweekly payroll
• Analyzing Labor Trends and recommending improvements
• Delivering data sets to leadership and presenting in an efficient manner
• Effective communication with sales leaders in the company
• Working closely with other departments to stay up to date on business needs
• Maintaining weekly reports and communication of those reports
• Performs all other duties as assigned with a willingness to adapt to changing department demand.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of payroll or finance experience, payroll experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Excel required (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional formatting, error checking)
• Intermediate understanding of payroll concepts and best practices
• Strong communication skills
• Task focused with a good sense of deadlines
• Experience with Ceridian Dayforce payroll platform a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI a plus
• Experience presenting and communicating sensitive information
