GENERAL POSITION PURPOSE:
The Financial Analyst is responsible for payroll, labor & compensation program analysis for all companies within the Round Room corporate structure. This position will require a close working relationship with the Director of FP&A. The Senior Financial Analyst will need to complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner.

Essential Job Functions:
- Creating Monthly Labor Reporting Package for Executive Team (Turnover report, Labor Forecast, Sales Bonus Trackers, Staffing Reports, etc)
- Develop a Labor One Pager for the Executive Team and adjust and develop as requested by the President
- Consolidating and Auditing Manual Bonus Programs in preparation for biweekly payroll
- Analyzing Labor Trends and recommending improvements
- Delivering data sets to leadership and presenting in an efficient manner
- Effective communication with sales leaders in the company
- Working closely with other departments to stay up to date on business needs
- Maintaining weekly reports and communication of those reports
- Performs all other duties as assigned with a willingness to adapt to changing department demand.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of payroll or finance experience, payroll experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Excel required (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional formatting, error checking)
- Intermediate understanding of payroll concepts and best practices
- Strong communication skills
- Task focused with a good sense of deadlines
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce payroll platform a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI a plus
- Experience presenting and communicating sensitive information
