Senior Salesforce Marketing and Data Cloud Administrator Sunstate Equipment Co.: Where Safety and People are Core Values! We take care of our People and it shows! Key Responsibilities 

  • Data Management and Integration (Primary Focus):
    • Oversee data ingestion, mapping, transformation, and identity resolution within Salesforce Data Cloud.
    • Ensure data availability and accuracy for marketing campaigns, audience creation, and analytics.
    • Manage and maintain integrations with ZoomInfo to support enriched and actionable customer data.
    • Monitor data pipelines, resolve errors, and optimize processes for Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud usage.
  • Data and Campaign Strategy:
    • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure the right data is available for segmentation, activation, and reporting.
    • Develop and maintain data models and schemas within Salesforce Data Cloud to support analytical and reporting needs.
    • Provide insights to optimize marketing campaigns, improve customer engagement, and drive business growth using Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
    • Partner with external vendors as needed to ensure accurate and efficient data activation.
  • Sales Cloud Support (Secondary Focus):
    • Collaborate with Salesforce Sales Cloud administrators to support data flows and triggered workflows.
    • Ensure data alignment and synchronization between Sales Cloud and other Salesforce systems.
  • Technical Oversight and Governance:
    • Manage data governance frameworks to ensure compliance and best practices across systems.
    • Research and recommend enhancements to the Salesforce ecosystem to improve efficiency.
    • Update and maintain all technical documentation as appropriate.
  • Collaboration and Insights:
    • Partner with engineering, data engineering, and business intelligence teams to refine data streams.
    • Work closely with marketing and analytics teams to meet data requirements for reporting and decision-making.
  • Vendor and Platform Coordination:
    • Act as the technical liaison for vendor-supported integrations, including ZoomInfo
    • Ensure seamless data availability and accessibility across platforms.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 3 years proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and ZoomInfo.
    • Hands-on experience with data integration tools such as ZoomInfo.
    • Familiarity with Tableau, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, and Sales Cloud is a plus.
    • Strong knowledge of cloud-based data management and governance practices.
  • Certifications: Preferred certifications include:
    • Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin or Developer
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation techniques.
    • Experience with APIs and data integration frameworks.
    • Familiarity with Snowflake Cloud DB and similar platforms is preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills to convey technical concepts.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and work independently.
