Key Responsibilities
- Expedite Time to Revenue: Quickly secure first orders for new accounts and establish quick rapport with customers to expedite revenue generation.
- Account Development: Focus on retention, customer growth, engagement, and overall satisfaction within an assigned book of business.
- Complex Negotiations: Navigate complex rental agreements and pricing structures to meet both customer and company objectives.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with branch operations and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries of equipment.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, particularly for long-term rentals, increasing revenue.
- Outbound Sales Campaigns: Support outbound sales campaigns for high-priority customer segments, including strategic accounts and industrial projects.
- Troubleshoot Escalations: Handle billing issues, contract term disputes, and service-related escalations to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Customer Trends Analysis: Analyze customer usage trends to create targeted initiatives and offer specialized solutions.
- Mentorship: Assist in coaching and mentoring Sales Center Rep I team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on sales enablement strategies to improve overall team performance.
- Used Equipment Sales: Identify and convert interest in used equipment into sales opportunities, assisting customers with their purchasing needs.
- CRM Documentation: Ensure all customer interactions, quotes, and account updates are accurately logged in the CRM system.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Customer Service: Superior interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
- Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to build rapport, manage accounts, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Mentorship: Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). CRM experience is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of construction equipment and the construction industry is a plus.
- Call Center Experience: Prior outbound call/call center experience required.
