Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday in the field territory 7AM - 5PM Territory based field role: La Vergne, TN   Sunstate Advantages

Position Requirements Sunstate is a proud Second Chance employer that evaluates every candidate on a case-by-case basis.
  • Proven direct sales experience in outside sales: equipment rental, construction, or building material industries preferred.
  • You are self-driven to develop new business and grow market share within a territory, while maintaining and nurturing existing accounts.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage, enabling effective communication with diverse clients.
  • A self-starter with a hunter-mentality who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and actively seeks opportunities for growth and improvement through coaching and feedback.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment managing leads, sales pipelines, and customer follow-ups.
  • Excels at building rapport and establishing meaningful connections with a diverse range of clients, fostering trust and long-term relationships to drive sales success.
  • Ability to manage a territory efficiently by identifying customer needs to meet sales targets and goals.
