Job Summary:

The Customer Support Representative works with the Appliance Repair Department and acts as a liaison between customers and Appliance Repair Technicians. He/she provides customer support as well as coordinating repairs, warranties, accounting functions, and a multitude of other administrative tasks. This is a high-level customer service role requiring optimal communication, a pleasant and positive demeanor, and excellent organization. This position is an integral part of the Appliance Repair Department as he/she provides the first point of contact for customers and is responsible for initiating a successful customer experience.

Qualifications:
  1. Education: Must have a high school education or equivalent & preferably some extended education beyond
  2. Training and Experience: A minimum of two years experience in an administrative or customer support position and customer service experience are necessary. Requires excellent organization skills, problem-solving abilities, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  3. Job Knowledge: Knowledge of general bookkeeping. Understanding basic services and products offered. Computer literacy is required. Professional etiquette is essential.
  4. Physical Demands: Work requires little physical effort; and involves sitting, standing, walking, and some light lifting regularly.
