Description

The Sr Commissions Accounting Associate is responsible for processing sales commissions for employees. They work closely with accounting and commissions team to ensure accurate and timely commission payments, maintain commission records, resolve any discrepancies, and provide support during audits.

• Accurately input commission payouts based on established guidelines and metrics.
• Review sales data entries and resolve discrepancies in commission calculations.
• Update commission tracking systems and ensure the integrity of data.
• Understand commission structures and clarify any questions regarding commission calculations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all commission-related transactions and reporting.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.

• Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum Required: 2 + years in an accounting field

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. #LI-JK1
