The Grant Compliance Analyst is a key member of the Trust team responsible for the daily operations of the Stifel Charitable gift fund programs. Working in partnership with the Donor Advised Program Manager, this position will ensure that the organizational and programmatic objectives of the organization are met.



What We're Looking For

  • Perform daily compliance review, processing, and approval of donor-recommended gift fund grants.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and Financial Advisors to ensure continued support and education of Donor Advised Funds.
  • Communicate with grantee organizations to obtain and verify IRS compliance and mailing information.
  • Maintain strategic partnerships within the Firm.
  • Resolve donor requests and conflicts.
  • Communicate effectively with Financial Advisors and their support staff regarding the Donor Advised Fund grant processing and compliance questions.
  • Ongoing review of grant processing procedures to ensure regulatory compliance standards are met.


What You'll Bring

  • Strong knowledge of the various grant-making industry regulations and the potential impact of changing regulations preferred.
  • Effectively communicate (written and oral) with external and internal resources.
  • Knowledge of charitable giving strategies, specifically the Donor Advised Fund market.


Education & Experience

  • Minimum Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum Required: 3-5 years of related experience.


Licenses & Credentials

  • Minimum Required: None.


Systems & Technology

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proficient in sub-accounting and/or client account access systems.
