St. Luke's regional healthcare organization is seeking a top-notch BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join their well established and thriving practice of physicians and physician assistant support. ERCP/EUS is a plus but not required. If you are an individual that has a passion for patient-centered care, willingness to work in a collegial atmosphere and are focused on clinical excellence this is a position for you!


Practice specifics

  • State of the art Endoscopy Center with 4 endoscopy suites and 1 dedicated ERCP suite that can be used as an additional endoscopy suite
  • Clinic and endoscopy schedules are flexible and tailored to the individual gastroenterologist, providing an excellent work/life balance
  • Well established program with a large referral base.
  • Mentoring environment
  • Call ratio goal of 1:5 and very manageable
  • Admissions are managed by 24/7 Internal Medicine Hospitalists
  • Advanced procedures currently provided by employed, fellowship-training GI
  • Clinic is connected to the Endoscopy Center and Hospital
  • St. Luke's is a qualifier for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program

Compensation

  • 3 Year Guarantee - $700K base salary with immediate potential of quarterly bonuses. $750K if they do ERCP and EUS.
  • Incentive Package - $150K
