The successful individual will be highly motivated and have SKYLINE Property Management experience, strong analytic skills, and a strong background in accounting.

What You Will Get To Do:
BPO client services and Saas deployments including onboarding of companies, properties, units and tenants
Manage and provide strategic guidance on full life-cycle implementations
Consolidated financial reporting package
Bank reconciliations
Track/report fixed assets
Lease management
AP processing utilizing third party processor
Document operational processes
Utilize F-9 Cumulus Report Writer
What You Will Bring:
Previous experience with SKYLINE, Yardi, MRI Property Management Software
Experience as a Property Accountant in Commercial and Residential Properties
Three years of Property Accounting experience
Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles.
