Job Description
As an industry-leading property management technology for commercial, office, retail, and residential properties, SKYLINE integrates full lease administration, property accounting, general ledger, and accounts payable all onto one, easy-to-use platform.
Main Responsibilities:
- Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts using Selenium, API testing tools like JMeter, ReadyAPI etc.
- Conduct regression, performance, and API testing.
- Identify, analyze, and report bugs; collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
- Analyze and report bugs and errors found during tests.
- Liaison with internal teams (like developers, testers, and product managers) to identify user and system requirements.
- Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience.
- Familiar with Release Cycle and Agile-Scrum methodology and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Required Qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
- 2+ years experience in Software Quality Assurance, Manual and Automation testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, API Testing, and automation tools.
- Have basic understanding of writing JSON script, Mongo DB, Jenkins etc.- Have good understanding of CI/CD (Continuous Integration and continuous Delivery) Processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of best practices follows in SaaS.
- Know-how of ReadyAPI tool would be a plus.
- Experience with performance and/or security testing would be a plus.
- Good oral and written communication skills- Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
