What You Will Get To Do:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness (through great storytelling), engagement, and follower growth across all relevant platforms.
Create, curate, and manage content (text, photos, graphics, videos, newsletters) aligned with the brand's voice and goals.
Monitor, listen, and respond to followers in a timely and authentic manner to build community and customer relationships. You'll work with internal stakeholders to help craft the messaging.
Analyse performance metrics and insights to optimise content, campaigns, and global posting schedules.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand's presence fresh and competitive.
What You Will Bring:
Proficiency with creating content and images designed for social media platforms leveraging Adobe Creative Suite, as well as video editing tools. Additional training will be available.
Strong SEO knowledge on LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook.
Current and active understanding of social media management, listening, monitoring and advocacy platforms.
Willingness to film and liaise with colleagues to film taking head videos in UK based office locations in support of marketing launches & initiatives.
Experience with managing diaries and ability to multi-task with strong communication skills.
