Title: Sr. Director, Product Management – Outlook and Exchange add-ins

forward. We are seeking an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute. This is a remote position in Canada or the United States with most of the team based in Toronto, Ontario.
As a Senior Director, Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our modern, web-based add-in model for Outlook and Exchange.
What You Will Get To Do:
-Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype and
product development.
-Gather input from client and internal stakeholders and use their feedback to
plan a roadmap.
-Collaborate with engineering, client services, sales, and marketing teams on
the development, QA, and release of products.
-Hold a high standard for quality by ensuring each release is useful and
reliable.
-Drive execution against the plan, anticipate risk, and lead discussions via
frequent, clear internal and client communication.
What You Will Bring:
- A bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years experience in Financial Services, with a focus on capital markets and CRM
- Deep understanding of capital market functions and workflows, specifically in Research, Sales (Equity and Fixed income), Investment Banking and Corporate Access
- Knowledge of Email workflows used across Financial Services
- Experience working with development teams, managing processes, and delivering products.
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
